There’s No Place Like Home!
For a loved one that needs personal care, there is no better place than the warmth, security and comfort of their own home. It is the most ideal option and provides as much independence and privacy as possible.
We Are Companions & Caregiver
Aging and illness often results in feelings of loneliness and separation. That’s where home care really makes a tremendous difference in the lives of our clients. A major benefit of dedicated in-home care is we are your loved one’s companion, not just their caregiver. We provide important socialization and engage our clients in appropriate and stimulating activities.
One-on-One Personal Care
Our sole focus is on your loved one! Each client has our undivided attention to their safety, security and happiness at all times while in our care. We do not have to prioritize the needs of multiple clients at a time.
Feedback and Communication
With our undivided attention, you are informed about everything to do with your loved one – how and what they are eating, how they are feeling, and any changes in conditions or behaviors.
Due to the constant attention and care that comes with in-home care services, there is no lack of time to respond to the day-to-day ups and downs. If your loved one enjoys taking 2-hour baths that require a personal care assistant, that’s no problem with dedicated home care. Or if they ask the same questions over and over again, we understand and display never-ending compassion and patience.
Maximum Attention to The Care Plan
With our caregivers in your loved one’s home, they see and hear many things that provide feedback for the overall health care plan. We communicate with the entire family to assure they are well aware of what we experience so they can continue to make the best and most informed decisions about their loved one’s healthcare.
Benefits to Family Relationships
Often, family members – acting out of love – will attempt to take over the responsibility of caring for a parent or a sibling themselves. Unfortunately, this generous act can put tremendous strain on their existing relationships. A family caregiver may become overwhelmed by the additional responsibilities of caring for a loved one who needs some level of home living assistance. The added stress and responsibility of being a family caregiver can result in feelings of resentment. Even the receiver of care often experiences guilt and diminished self-worth for shifting the burden of care onto a loved one. A personal companion is the perfect solution for everyone.
